I agree... the cities would suffer most... but...
the cities are what keep giving us communists in power.
Just by their very nature, people living on top of each other, more single unattached men and women, cities are where socialists feel more comfortable. Voting maps (obviously) also show rural and ex-urban and suburban counties having more conservative voters
