That’s not official out of the Caucus, but the Pro-Aborts outside the Rotunda are hugging, and crying, and happy.

If not for all the shouting, stomping, deafening, ear splitting chaos from the Protestors, the bill would’ve passed.

Isn;t the Sergeant at Arms or somebody supposed to keep order, or have the DPS remove disruptors so that business can be conducted?

I am not defending them as you say. I am just pointing out that particular attitude alianates. It could alianate some that could swing an election. I watched it. The optics were horrible. What happens to this type of legislation if elections are lost? I am not sure eff em is a good idea.

I know exactly how the libs in Austin act, after watching a 20 something knock down an 82 year old woman at the State Capitol.

Did the Cops do anything? Arrest him for battery? No, they told him he should leave, and just ignored that he didn't.

Not a do-over, You suspend via procedure until Order is restored..It stops the clock, IIRC.

So that would be a no.

I watched just a little of it to hear what was going on, but all I could hear was incessant chanting and shouting from the Gallery, and outside the Senate Floor.

Mostly I followed it on Twitter.
