We have been “deploying to Egypt” since the Camp David Accords in order to monitor activity between Israel and Egypt. And yes, a QRF has always been part of the MFO mission.

This should be a test of troops refusing to obey illegal orders. They will be deployed against Christians and others who actually desire freedom to prop up an avowed enemy. Now is the time and Egypt SHOULD BE the place.
I forgot about the MFO. Then I went back and read the article more closely. Not so much of a big deal. I wish the headline writers were less “dramatic.”

No, it is a multi-country mission and always has been. You guys have never heard of the Multi National Force and Observers (MFO) really? We have been sending a contingent since the Camp David Accords. This is not new.
