If they are now “married” and are receiving the same benefits - say- as other couples attempting to have children - after a year of not conceiving - married couples are considered “infertile.” They then are covered for infertility treatments.
So.... 100% of these gay couples are “infertile” - Do you think Obamacare will deny them in-vitro? artificial insemination? hormone treatment? even surrogacy for gay men?
