Saying “These a......., they always get away,” is evidence of Zimmerman’s frustration, anger, aggression and means he was willing to attack and kill Martin. But saying “a creepy a.. cra..... is following me” is not evidence of Martin’s anger or racism or resentment and readiness to attack and beat Zimmerman. Go for it, prosecution.

And if Martin was back at his father’s (girlfriend’s) house, why didn’t he go in? Why didn’t the fight happen there, why wasn’t his body found there?

I think grape ape just damaged the state's already flimsy case. If St Trayvon was so scared why didn't he stay in the safety of his daddy's house? He had to go out of his way to go confront Zimmerman. It shows that he purposely went after Zimmerman the “cracker”.
