He fell unconscious after a stroke in the U.S. and woke up back in Poland.

Wladyslaw Haniszewski — an uninsured and undocumented immigrant who had lived in the U.S. for about 30 years — was sent back to his homeland by a New Jersey hospital without ever giving his consent, supporters say.

Now Haniszewski is stuck in a hospital in the Polish town of Boleslawiec and furious diplomats are demanding answers from the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick.

“Imagine being carted around like a sack of potatoes," said Consul General Ewa Junczyk-Ziomecka.

Junczyk-Ziomecka said she and other diplomats were trying to help the 69-year-old patient, who was identified by friends, when the hospital suddenly shipped him overseas without telling them.

They learned only last week that he was gone, she said.

Haniszewski is awake but unable to speak with doctors, the consul said. "He can smile from time to time, but he is unable to communicate," she said.

Why do these supporters think American hospitals are suppose to tie up one of their rooms, so that it serves as a long term Assisted Living Facility ? Why is it every time the gov of another country is going to have provide medical care for one their citizens here illegally, these supporters just think oh no,no,no , it's America's responsibility to provide life time of free medical care for the illegal. They do have Assisted Living Facilities in Poland so what is the problem ?

If Haniszewski was an illegal alien with the surname Soetoro or Obama he’d still be here.

Illegal or not, sounds like they could have handled this better.

As well as full state of the art medical care 24/7, and a top of the line EBT card.

Shouldn’t he be used to being relocated at the whim of bureaucrats?

Remember back in Apr 23, 2013..DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Days after they were badly hurt in a car accident, Jacinto Cruz and Jose Rodriguez-Saldana lay unconscious in an Iowa hospital while the American health care system weighed what to do with the two immigrants from Mexico.

The men had health insurance from jobs at one of the nation’s largest pork producers. But neither had legal permission to live in the U.S., nor was it clear whether their insurance would pay for the long-term rehabilitation they needed.

I have no problem with this at all. If individuals are here illegally, I cannot think of any reason that any healthcare facility should be obliged to provide any care beyond emergency stabilization. Are any further care that they can’t pay for out of pocket is the responsibility of their own country, not the US.

agreed. provide emergency and stabilitory services. Once those are finished and the patient is able to travel safely to a native medical facility that should be the rule - and was up until illegals somehow got voting rights in this country.

Yes, Muslim or anywhere south of TX and AZ, someone would be suing the hospital for not doing enough for him.

You mean Obummer’s illegal alien, grifter Aunt Zeituni and his illegal alien, DUI-but-still-driving Uncle Onyango?

I wonder how many more illegal half-sisters, half-brothers, half-uncles, half-aunts, half-nieces, half-nephews, cousins, etc. of President Nobama are in our country?

They should all be put on a slow-moving barge and shipped back to Kenya. Accompanied by JugEars himself.

Obama is still spending our tax dollars on his relatives .In a move that can only fuel charges that his week-long trip to Africa is a de facto vacation, President Obama is taking his mother-in-law Marian Robinson and niece Leslie Robinson with him on Air Force One, which departed the United States this morning. Leslie is the daughter of First Lady Michelle Obama’s brother Craig.Obama is already being accompanied by Mrs. Obama and their daughters Sasha and Malia. It’s not clear if other family members got aboard the presidential jet this morning. The press pool reporter, who eyed the Obama relatives, doesn’t mention any.

The Obamas have been criticized for the massive expense of the trip, which reportedly could reach up to $100 million. Obama was ridiculed when news surfaced that he had been contemplating a safari that would have required Secret Service agents to act as snipers in case animals tried to attack the first family. The White House says the excursion is an important step toward building democracy and advancing U.S. strategic interests in Africa..RIGHT

The press pooler slyly noted that Bo did not make the cut for the trip.http://www.whitehousedossier.com/2013/06/26/obama-brings-motherinlaw-niece-africa/

There are consequences to one’s actions and behaviors. Life is not full of roses, there are also thorns and manure. What is fair? Not much.

This man is 69 and has lived here since he was 39. He must have immigrated here during the Solidarity Movement. Did he work here legally and pay Social Security? If so, he should be on Medicare. There was no reason to ship him back to Poland where he probably doesn’t know anybody any more.

Let me clarify few things. As I understand from polish press, diplomats are angry not just because this guy was sent back, but because how was it done. Man without any documents, unable to communicate, identified only by his friends in US (probably other homeless guys) was just shipped to another country. Don’t you think that polish government should be informed in such situation, and at least confirm that guy is even from Poland ? What is funny they don’t know yet how he passed border control in such state, I suppose hospital had to make some documents for him...
