My best memory of the F-4 was watching one do a barrel roll about 50 feet above the deck of the Russian helicopter carrier, the Moskva, in the eastern Mediterranean off the coast of Egypt in '67. Cold war gamesmanship at it's best.
That plane is a fine old warrior.
