Google launched a new Maps product with STUNNING resolution today. A lot of sleuthing and spying needs to be done, and coordinates are needed for points of interest (POI)

Please post interesting points' GPS coordinates. You can Paste these into Google Maps and hit search and then zoom in as far as you can go.

Area 51 looks good. Two JANET aircraft, some Black Hawks and four F-16s.

Looking at the old homestead, the views appear to be much clearer, but there is no additional "depth of zoom". Max magnification looks about the same as ever.....just clearer/less pixellated.

I don’t believe I’ve been able to see the Rav-Vac in my pool before, let alone the hose leading to it!
