It has received scant public attention even though it extends beyond the U.S. national security bureaucracies to most federal departments and agencies nationwide, including the Peace Corps, the Social Security Administration and the Education and Agriculture departments. It emphasizes leaks of classified material, but catchall definitions of “insider threat” give agencies latitude to pursue and penalize a range of other conduct.

He's right. Some of the leaks are orchestrated to aid Obama - the biggest enemy of the United States.
If it jeopardized the US, he would not care.

Of course he does. And in his demented mind, he = the U.S. His enemies, therefore, equal enemies of the U.S.
This naturally includes various TEA party, conservative and Christian groups.
It most certainly does not include the Taliban and Al Qaida or various other Muslim extremist groups.
At worst, these groups are mere distractions to him. At best, they are tools.
Only King Obama is allowed to aid our enemies (like AQ). It is his privilege alone and he will not have it infringed!
Obama has one big fear, and that is the American people, or more specifically, the American people who are smart enough to know he is a poisonous snake. A tyrannical government can’t allow openness and transparency, and Obama is shutting down the flow of information. We are his enemies, and he doesn’t want us to know his secrets.
