The court didn’t decide that abortion was legal in Roe, instead they decided that absolute privacy between a patient and doctor was a “right” that can not be infringed.
With the Obamacare mandate that our medical records be stored in a federal database, the liberals just legislated away Roe. However, don’t expect them to understand that tho.
Libs have no problem giving the government control over their bodies, when it comes to “free” or government-run healthcare. And no, they can’t see the contradiction.
