If it weren’t for joggers and folks walking their dogs, most dead bodies would never be found. That brings to mind the case of Chandra Levy, friend of former Congresscritter Gary Condidntdoit, D-CA. Murdered while jogging by an illegal immigrant. Found a year later by a guy walking his dog.

True. A body was found near a heavily traveled section of I-40 near Nashville. It had been there for months. It was someone on foot or perhaps a person mowing the right of way that found her.
