Will never get the death penalty as at 19 the “global community” considers him to be a “child”.

WMDs! It’s time to go back and indict Ayers and company for WMD use that killed people; their bombs were way more powerful than these terrorist twits.
Other than that, 3 dead, multiple injuries is not mass destruction.

Personally I prefer old Testament Biblical Justice. We need to bring his family to justice as well (imho).

WMDs? Interesting. wow....so my pressure cooker and a bag of Independence day fireworks = WMD.
lets see how that plays out with new restrictions on either of these items in the future.

Just listened to ABC characterize this as the worst attack since 911. Apparently, reporters are even incompetent are corrupt than I first thought. The muzzie at Ft Hood murdered what, 13 soldiers?

A sawed-off shotgun is considered an WMD, US v Atwater.

But there were NO WMD in Iraq???
Fact 1: Obama, Clinton, Huma, Holder
and their al Qaeda best friends in the White Hut
ignored warnings before the Boston explosions
from the Russians AND parents,
AND THEN let them into the Homeland
WITHOUT A PASSPORT.
Fact 2:

Yeah, these days, a pack of matches is a WMD if L.E. says so. Personally, I consider the “MD” in WMD to require at least 100kt.

If this is a WMD attack, then I guess WMDs WERE found in Iraq. Weren’t the insurgents using bombs similar to this on a daily basis? And still are . . .
To: Perdogg
wow - I had no idea - which was it? biological? chemical? nuclear?
I just thought it was a IED?
To: BikerJoe
Based on my knowledge from my strategic nuke years 100KT would be the minimum.

This has got to be a little confusing to liberals, who didn't consider anything but nukes to be WMDs a few years ago, when there issue was "Bush lied, there are no WMDs!"
Of course, what they meant was no nukes found, completely aside from all those chemical weapons and heavy artillery, which they completely ignored.

In a normal world you would be correct.
But look at the Maj. Hassan case.
STILL hasn’t moved forward.
tsarnaev will get the same treatment because he is a muslim.
