If elements of USG have everything, all citizens have ever expressed upon the Internet or phone lines, this would include law enforcement officers (FBI,CIA,local), military officers (think Generals), judges and congressmen. This clearly enables certain parts of gov to control via blackmail etc. other parts/people of gov.
Maybe key legislative votes and key judicial decisions are bent this way...
Maybe generals or high level officials are forced to resign or lie or do as they are told this way...
Benghazi coverup would be a real candidate for DOJ activities.
