I would think that the IRS will require part “B” to be in compliance maybe even Part “D”. You know there is a rather heafty penalty for signing on to “B” and “D” late? Even though I am on VA I still signed up.

I know there’s a hefty fine. I’m not much for a lot of testing and I don’t use pharmaceutical drugs, so parts B and D are actually pretty expensive.
