Moving makes perfect sense, if only for distribution costs. Why pay to ship over greater distances?
“Imagine the starving reporters, without a clue as to why theyre on the streets.”
Give me about 30 minutes to savor that image.
Modernized version.
The PTR-91, US made from imported surplus H&K G3 parts is possibly the best bang one can get these days for their .308 buck. I have seen them for as little as $600. It is a rugged, accurate, reliable battle proven design. Even the magazines are a dime a dozen, I have seen them for as low as $3. It is a good large rifle for folks with smaller hands, even ladies, as the handguard and pistol grip are both smallish. The only caviat of the PTR-91 is the two rear sight options. The angled drum HK style shown below, with range adjustment is among the best Iron sights ever designed, while the triangular flip style available on some PTRs is among the worst. Both are available.
Now the question is who will be made to suffer in CT. to make up the lost revenue??????????
