Federal judge in Kansas refuses to block parts of state’s sweeping, new anti-abortion law

TOPEKA, Kan. — The chief federal judge in Kansas refused Sunday to temporarily block parts of a new state abortion law, including a requirement that providers’ websites link to a state site with information they dispute.

Looks like the libs will have to spend some more time “shopping” for the right judge who will give them what they want.

So Judge NIGHTLINE is not available to the pro aborts.

And what will be the response of the baby-killing bitch-jackal Kathleen Teller Mengele Sebelius, late from Kansas? And, BTW, how does a state like Kansas, full of God-fearing Real Americans, regurgitate evil vermin like Ms. Teller-Sebelius? It is a real mystery.

Still a mystery to me. All I can figure is the people in Douglas (home of Lawrence) and Johnson counties voted multiple times.

You need to read the article.

The state judge had already blocked it. The federal judge's reason for not blocking was based on the fact that since the state judge had already blocked it, the plaintiffs had suffered no harm.
