Today, July 1st, is DAY #16 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Last week the prosecution feebly presented the first series of witnesses against George Zimmerman. However, as most observers would note, the witnesses called by the state have so far been more beneficial for the Zimmerman Self-Defense position.

It was a police photo of TM on his back. It was labeled a State Exhibit photo. I noticed dirt on the pants at the knee area. I guess the photos will be shown at sometime. I, also, thought that MOM or West would probably note the dirt as evidence TM was kneeling.

The voice recognition may end up as a battle between parents. It may come down to: Z parents had a longer consistent relationship vs the sporadic relationship of TM s
It goes with his opening remark....that the jury are all "I saw nothing, heard nothing, said nothing"...HOWEVER....
I believe that everyone of the jury members came here "leaning" one way or another....so what they hear will confirm their "lean"....
I don’t think she can be a witness because she’s in the courtroom...

West is getting the expert to say that “groupthink” audio analysis is very dubious and unreliable. He is doing this pre-emptively, because very soon the Prosecution will call TM’s parents to say that they all got in a room and determined that it was TM’s voice doing the screaming.
West needs this because the expert witness already said that those most familiar with the voice are more likely to make a good judgement about the voice on a recording.
That sounds like a plan. At the break, Bill Schaeffer said he does not think the defense saw this strategy coming (pros calls a defense witness)
