Ok, thanks all. I think that Treyvons parents saying it was Treyvon screamning is a given ..and to be expected....and therefore discounted by the jury. But, now I see how this also helps that coming scenario....

According to Judge Alex Ferrer ( and later posted by Greta ) Florida has case history that all relavent evidence and witness must be presented by the prosecussion or it is assumed they are trying to hide such from the jury.

It doesn't matter how hard it was raining. That there was ANY precipitation means they should have covered up T's body...including hands....to preserve the crime scene. They didn't do that so you are correct that they stunk on ice.
