Prosecution will try to have 2 detectives say Zimmerman’s having gotten out of his truck has something to do with alleged culpability. Defense should be able to shut that nonsense down without too much trouble.
Only the ignorant and the biased would believe that a neighborhood watchman deserves to be charged with murder because something violent happened (no matter what that violent thing was) because he was not in his truck but was on foot watching a suspicious person. I’ve heard callers to talk shows repeat that allegation ad nauseum and I am sick of it. I hope it is so blown out of the water it never comes down again.
Iching, sorry about last nights thread pull; I was reading what you posted and was very interested in it. It’s disappointing that some here attack those that post things without looking at what it is or concern. It’s no wonder that posters at FR are at a fraction of where it used to be.
Somewhat hostile here at times and yet, it’s a fantastic site. I wish people would chill out.
If the Florida Stand Your Ground statute is in play, then GZ was not in the wrong to be where he was when he was attacked. 776.013 (3).
