Yep. That’s how you launder money now a days. Take several billion dollars and give it to your butt buddy General Electric which funnels a percentage to political butt buddies, bogus trusts and charities, and institutions which park much of it in overseas bank accounts and the rest to be available for director fees and expenses after you retire from government. Then there are also the extravagant speaking fees to you after you leave office by your butt buddies, such as General Electric, etc. Also, there are the books, which no real people buy, but are forced upon libraries, educational institutions, and give aways at political gatherings which require extravagant advances and royalties. If you line the right pockets a second Nobel Prize might be in order with the 1 million dollar kickback.

China continues to spread like an amoeba across Africa and is going to require an electrical grid to keep up their exploits of the continent. So the obozo borrows $7 billion from China at the expense of the American taxpayers just so China can further exploit the Africa and the US. I guess king obozo doesn't need Congressional approval for such spending.
