I workwd in academentia for a while and I could smell the stink of affirmative action on this guy from the get-go. They are a clearly-identifiable “type.”
There’s at least an order of magnitude difference between the smell of affirmative action and the stench of
“groomed by the communist agenda for this very purpose.”

That’s pretty much govt. employment also, where minorities (i.e., non-white) are hired and promoted by skin color. Actual competency is meaningless, real work can be done by hiring contractors. The USA govt. is racist and more and more is the enemy of white people.
