If a change like repeal of Obamacare is what qualifies today for a
revolution, then this country has already been through thousands of revolutions.
As for the public debt, lots of countries have repudiated their public debt, but that's not usually considered a revolutionary act. Any time now, the people of this country are going to rise up and quit paying their debts!! That's a revolution, huh?

Well...actually, it is. Hence, Amendment 14. It certainly was for this country. Many died here questioning an English King's public debt. It was for the equivalent of a penny tax on tea. Taxation and import tariffs fueled the fires of the American Civil War as well. I would conclude by saying that, as for Obamacare, it will never be repealed. It will have to be destroyed, by revolutionary act.
