Read what I said again.

I do not differ with you. People who come here should be sponsored, like they were in the 20th century. That means that their sponsors should agree to subsidize their expenses until they get on their own feet and should suppply them with a job. They should pass health and education tests. Any law breaking should ensure a ticket back home immediately. They need to pass a citizenship and English test in order to become a voter. No exceptions.

Non citizen permanent residents used to have to register with the government every January. Whatever happened to that requirement?

Are you saying there should be no limits to the number of immigrants who enter this country as long as they have a sponsor? And why should we continue to have a kinship based system versus a merit-based system?

Exactly when did the "sponsorship" system start and end?

At this point, until the invaders are removed from the US, there shouldn’t be any sponsorship or exceptions at all. The Cheap Labor contingent will just change them or misuse them to their advantage.
