Prosecutorial Ineptitude in Zimmerman Case Increases Racial Tension, Say Black Conservatives

It's not "prosecutorial ineptitude". It's the lack of a case.

Oh there’s plenty of prosecutorial ineptitude having nothing to do with the poor case dropped onto the desk:

- a witness was outed as having signed the “Justice For Trayvon!” petition and convincing two friends to sign it
- today’s Skype disaster
- the knee-jerk “racism!” charge regarding the ice cream photo
- a lack of clarity as to whether one witness was following GZ’s brother on Facebook or whether it was the other way around
- uncountable numbers of witnesses being far more beneficial to the defense than to the prosecution
- repeated instances of aggressive, almost hostile re-direct questioning of their own witnesses
- all of GZ’s police station interviews being entered as evidence
-
