How did the administration facilitate the Muslim Brotherhoods rise to power? I keep hearing this and I would love to see some evidence. I have have seen NONE thus far. I am not talking about “feelings” or “suspicions” that Obama is a Muslim. I mean proof that it was the U.S. that got them elected. I have not seen one single shred of evidence.

Agreed. If anyone remembers, we tried to support Mubarak initially. Frank Wisner went to Egypt to prop him up in 2011.

Frank G. Wisner, a former United States ambassador to Egypt, was appointed a special envoy to Egypt during the protests. On 5 February, he said that it is important for Mubarak stay in power for now in order to ease a transition to democracy. He said the constitution of Egypt calls for an election to be held within two months of Mubarak's resignation, and implied that this would not be sufficient time for pro-democracy forces to make themselves known to the Egyptian people

At the time obama toppled Mubarak, the MB was the best organized group in Egypt. Time was needed for another secular party to organize but obama insisted that elections be held without delay.

Evidence? The Obama Administration authorized 200 M-1 Abrams tanks, dozens of F-111 fighter jets and millions and millions of dollars in cash assistance a year ago to be shipped to Egypt for use by Morsi’s government against Israel. The allocation had originally been approved for shipment to Egypt when Mubarak was still in power, when Egypt was still an ally of the U.S. more or less. So the fum bucks in Washington decided they’d send the weapons and the money anyway after Mubarak had been deposed by the extremists. No matter that Morsi was put in power by the MB and by al Qaida. Is this a wonderful country or what? Is that enough for you? Or do you need MORE? The Egyptian people aren’t stupid. Amerika is backing the terrorists and extremists, and the Egyptian population is furious with us. I don’t blame them one bit.

We know he has, had surreptitious dealings with the Muslim Brotherhood, and having granted them unprecedented access to the White House, which would indicate where his political leanings lie. He encouraged the ouster of the Prime Minister Mubarak, a long time, staunch ally while openly encouraging the ascendancy of the Muslim Brotherhood to seek participation in the Parliament elections. The Muslim Brotherhood were outlawed by Mubarak, in their desire to destroy the current government of Egypt by attempting to destroy the moribund economy which relies on tourism for 30% of their foreign reserves when staging the killing of 58 German tourists several years back.

Do I need a signed, sworn statement from Obama/ glean his political playbook to know that associating with murderous terrorists to make a determination about any repercussions of circumstances he facilitates? The actions he has taken, the political, military support he's provided would seem rather incriminating regarding Obama's political objectives.
