My opinion: Potential Presidential candidates should be selected from the people who score 90% and above.
To: VitacoreVision

My opinion: Potential Presidential candidates should be selected from the people who have governed large and prosperous institutions such as states, large cities, or large corporations.
No more empty-suited orators please.

Perhaps, but I wonder who is behind this scorecard. Do they front for the GOP like CPAC or National Right To Life etc. etc. etc.?????

Michele Bachmann at 80%? Where is Phil Gingrey (my Congressman)? He should be up near 100%, in my estimation.

OK, the scores, for Saxby Chambliss and Johnny Isakson (my Senators), I can understand. But no way is Phil Gingrey down near 65%. I’d like to know what criteria they used.

Congress is a poor place to look for a candidate with executive skills.

My opinion: Potential Presidential candidates should be selected from the people who score 90% and above. Given that Obama's rating was 17%, I'd be comparatively happy (if not ecstatic) with anyone who could crack 70% right now.

We can feel good in South Carolina:
Sen. Tim Scott - 80%
Dist.2: Joe Wilson - 60%
Dist.3: Jeff Duncan - 86%
Dist.4: Trey Gowdy - 80%
Dist.5: Mick Mulvaney - 78%
Dist.6: James Clyburn - 20%
Dist.7: Tom Rice - 70%
We'll have to excuse Rep. Clyburn. He's the only one not a Republican.
Oh, you may be thinking, where's precious Linda? She scored 63%, lowest of everybody except Wilson. I'm sure she's thrilled.

Since every Congressman and Senator must take an oath of office pledging to uphold the Constitution, shouldn’t every Congressman and Senator who scores lower than 80% on upholding Constitutional principles be considered to have lied under oath?
To: Nextrush
Perhaps, but I wonder who is behind this scorecard. The New American is the magazine of The John Birch Society.

No more empty-suited orators please. Agreed, and those who are chosen based upon that litmus test should also have a record of good stewardship over their respective institutions.
There have been a number of rotten executives who wound up as our nominee.

That’s a good indicator.
Thank You for the info.
Nobody gets a 100 percent on this I noticed.
Outfits like the CPAC affiliated American Conservative Union give out lots of 100 percents.

Only three congressmen made 100%, no senators.
Congressmen:
Thomas Massie, Kentucky - Dist.4 - 100%
Jim Bridenstine, Oklahoma - Dist.1 - 100%
Steve Stockman, Texas - Dist.36 - 100%

The Honorable Phil Gingrey is a squish, most recently supporting the Senate’s gun control bill. He supported it until some folk from Glock spoke to him.
His instincts regarding liberty could be better.
Paul Broun is the most conservative person running in the primary for Saxby’s seat, and I hope you’ll join me in supporting him.
