In all fairness, Perry just had back surgery and shouldn’t have done the debates until he was feeling better. Those debates are a sham anyway - run by liberals. The GOP just needs to say NO to them in the future, unless they are hosted by conservatives. Will the stupid party ever wise up?
Well they have to do some debates. That’s a given. But you’re right. They should only do debates when they are in good form and not feel they have to do so many. And they should insist on moderates running them and no idealogues. All those bozos should be doing is reading off prepared questions and time-keeping. It is not about them.
