In a just world, that would be the case. However, in the real world, whoever has access to the truth will use it as blackmail to achieve their own ends; they will release it to the public only if they cannot get what they want. And that, my friend, is the unfortunate truth.

Yup; Nixon had honor, and in spite of his faults, he had a line of integrity that he would not cross: he at least did love this country. That's something that can never be said about the current occupant.

Watergate wasn’t intended to abandon 30+ people to be killed. I agree Jarrett would do this without a second thought, but Zippy’s video tape story means he knew something to desperately cover up for. I also agree number 2 is most likely the incident which is a perfect Webster’s example of Treason with murder and attempted murder.
He's certainly afraid of something or somebody over something, isn't he? And it may not be the citizenry he's afraid of.
