It just took me 30 minutes of hitting redial, but I finally got my fax through to Boehner's office. I almost gave up, I had put the fax on speaker and it kept getting a busy signal. I whooped when I heard that squeaky connection tone and it went through.
His line was busy the entire time, I think his line IS being burned off the hook!
