.............The guy also said he has and I quote zero memory of the autopsy. So why is he even being allowed to testify..................
Of course he can’t remember anything.
The county brought out the “B” team to do the autopsy, because it was just another death of a grilled black street punk, so this “B” team just went through a minimum of protocol.
At the time, who would have expected that Travon looked like Zer0s seven year old kid, or was to be Jesse’s poster child?
Since they didn’t take pictures of TM’s fingernails to determine how long they were, then perhaps the many photos of his extended middle finger should be allowed in as relevant evidence to show whether or not he kept his nails at a length which may accumulated DNA during a fight.
Yeh he admits he supervises the technicians and then says he assumes they scraped the fingernails. Unbelievable!!!!
LOL He also said he could change his opinion every hour if he wanted to. Persecution epic fail-—again!

As for Marijuana: It can stay in the system for weeks (which is why it is more dangerous than alcohol, which clears quickly). If it was a trace amount, it might not have caused intellectual problems, but if it was a higher level, it would mean a recent smoke or being a chronic smoker. Again, facts, not opinions.
They need a real expert, or else fire these guys/gals for being incompetent...
For your enlightenment and strengthening of your spiritual foundation. A few gems of eternal wisdom from Doctor Bao’s Little Red Book:
“A dead man cannot stand.”
“You cannot ask me questions I don’t know. If it’s yes, it’s wrong; if it’s no, it’s wrong.”
“All my memory, is new memory.”
“Opinion can be changed. Opinion, there is no truth or false. Just right or wrong.”
“If someone never change opinion, you can call them mentally retarded, or, you never learn, right?”
“I can change every hour. I don’t see any problem.”
“My opinion is, marijuana could have no effect, or some effect.”
