ME admits changing opinion on Martin's death

The doctor who performed Trayvon Martin's autopsy says he has changed his opinion in recent weeks on two matters related to the teen's death.

Dr. Shiping Bao on Friday said he had changed his opinion about how long Martin was alive after being shot and the effect of marijuana detected in Martin's body at the time of his death.

The associate medical examiner said last November that he believed Martin was alive one to three minutes. But he testified Friday it was one to 10 minutes.

He also said Friday that marijuana could have affected Martin physically or mentally, even though he said it didn't last year.

Exactly.And it gets even more interesting...the judge ruled that the jury wasn't going to be allowed to hear that opinion.This judge is working for the prosecution.

What's outrageous here is that this BIASED judge will not allow toxicology tests for Trayvon into the trial. That he has marijuana in his system that could've contributed to his state of mind that night.

Also, it's being shown that it's IMPOSSIBLE for anything to have been underneath Trayvon's fingernails due to how they were trimmed (receded). Prosecution is trying to make a big deal how nothing is under Trayvon's fingernails. Well, of course there isn't due to how they were trimmed!!

Prosecution wants 1-10 minutes vs. 1-3 to argue poor Trayvon suffered so long. The defense will use it to clear up the issue of GZ saying he pinned TM's arms out but 1st responders found TM's hands under TM's body. Defense will say TM moved after GZ got up; TM clutched hands to middle.

This will definitely be grounds for appeal if there’s a ‘guilty’ verdict here. I would the hope the jury has the sense to wonder why toxicology report isn’t allowed in. If it were negative it would be allowed in.

Yes,one would think so but this fact was discovered in a roundabout way (roundabout IMO) and a discussion on the matter took place while the jury wasn't in the courtroom.The defense lodged some sort of complaint against the state...the judge ruled against that charge and also ruled that the jury could not be told of those toxicology report discrepancies.Although I'm not a lawyer one would think that the judge's refusal could be used for an appeal.This judge is working for the prosecution...you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure *that* out.

The guy also said he has and I quote “zero memory” of the autopsy. So why is he even being allowed to testify. He admitted he can’t remember if he was at the autopsy but he must have been as people told him he was. You cannot make this stuff up. Its insane.
