It is effectively a civil war in progress with the military holding the upper hand and having the support of the majority. Whether the fanaticism of the MB can trump the tanks and guns of the Military and the anti shariists remains to be seen and is unlikely without American intervention on the side of the fanatics.
Ideally and my expectation is that the MB will be ground up pretty badly. Think about it.
