IMHO, it is coming to a time when ALL people can be held accountable, REGARDLESS OF THEIR STATUS OR POSITON, by a Jury of their Peers, and We The People will drag them kicking and screaming, away from the paid-for and/or blackmailed Judiciary, and decide whether they are Treasonous Bastards, or not.

It doesn't take Passing the Bar Exam to read the Plain Language of the U.S. Constitution, or the Declaration of Independence, and KNOW that this Country is out-of-control with Agenda-driven/Money-Driven/Ignore-the-Constitution-driven Corrupt Power Mongers.

Obama’s understanding of the executive branch is that it is where the rubber hits the road. Congress gives him a menu of laws that he can either enforce or not, and it is totally up to his discretion which, if any, laws he enforces.

Unless and until the laws are all specifically written with provisions for the public to force enforcement or be able to sue government employees personally for statutory fines for failure to enforce, none of the laws mean anything. They are just a list of options for what could possibly be enforced if we ever had a president who wanted to enforce it.

Obama really does think he is the king. And until he suffers consequences - real, personal consequences like a jail cell - he will have “gotten away with” being the king of the US.

It’s calculated. He knows nobody will do anything to stop him, to force him, to hold him accountable. How many divisions does George Will have? I’m starting to envy countries who have occasional coup d’etats to take out the trash which accumulates in all human systems, political or business.

Let me see if I understand how this type of government is supposed to work? Congress passes bills into laws and the President signs the law or vetoes it? Once it is passed and signed, it would take another bill in congress to modify the law or delay the law?

If the President can delay implementation of the Obamacare law, why can't he delay, or declare null and void, any other law?

We are on a very dangerous slope with this guy and all of his willing accomplices.....
