It looks to be a black man kicking a white woman after his band of thugs mugged her. Get used to it. This will be more and more commonplace as whites diminish in number and power in America. Black people see that as a weakness and attack and riot more (see all the late 60s black ripts AFTER civil rights legislation was passed.).
