Obviously, by the standards of the persecutors in the Zimmerman case, she would have had no reason to resist with deadly force because her head would just rebound from the kick and there was no reason she’d suffer either death or great bodily harm. Anyway, and even more important, if she’d shot and killed one, she’d be guilty of negligent manslaughter because she was there, provoking them by her very presence, and what else were they to do?
