Cept the wings are still on it... Looks to have been a severe internal fire, between the trailing edge of the wing and the cockpit. Roof entirely burned off.

Luckily as the photos taken by evacuating passengers show many people got out before the fire.

Dang, you couldn’t see any of that in the earliest pic. Lot worse looking from that angle!

Photo from the starboard side of the aircraft shows the engine next to the fuselage. My guess would be that is the source of the fire not an internal one.
