California = Insanity
Let’s say that a Man (or boy) decides one day, “I’m really a female - in a male body”.
My question for that individual: “Having never (in fact) been female, how would you know what it ‘feels like’ to be female?”
I’m thinking of my 11 year old great niece in California who is a premium soccer player. She’ll soon be playing on teams and against teams where males decide that they want to play against females because they can excel over the females. Wasn’t there some issues about this in tennis a generation ago?

Let’s say your son’s 6’ 2”, kind of a mediocre basketball player, but certainly both tall enough and coordinated enough to be a force in the girl’s game. Not a chance in the world that he’d get a free ride for college with a basketball scholarship anywhere else in the country, but apparently it looks like California wants to give him some money.
Change your “gender identity” before your senior year in high school, be a star on the girl’s team, sue the snot out of the college of your choice if they don’t recruit you for a scholarship, and then feel free to change your “gender identity” back to something more convenient after graduation. And you help destroy Title IX in the process!

I am literally from the “Old School. As I recall it, it was 4th grade and morning recess. I was chasing a softball as it rolled its way into the girls bathroom. Ever the competitor, I ran into it to grab the ball but was met by Sister Mary-Joseph on my way out.I clearly recall having to wear a girls scarf on my head for the rest of the school day.

I can’t see how any parent can send their kid to a CA public school, or a MA public school for that matter.
The sheer blood-spitting frustration of having those maladjusted creeps in Sacramento - who in previous times would have rightly been sent to a looney-bin for their perverted view of the real world - can command our lives. GOP where are you? Or have you totally abdicated?
It will be interesting to see how they manage to reconcile this with Title IX - sure, girls' sports will be funded equally with boys' sports but there will be boys playing them. Apparently they won't be "officially" boys but that's going to cut some girls out of the picture entirely, and they won't be helped much by imagining that they're really boys. What we actually have here is a case of Make-Believe as social policy. Every day is Halloween, but there aren't any treats.
It sure ain’t sanity.
