having catered for 5 yrs - specifically bbq - there is no waiting to hear - either you book, or you dont - either the food is crap or the prices too high

I booked consistently and still get calls (enough to book a summer) having been out of it for 2 yrs now.....

Healthcare costs for my fam of 4 forced us back to the other family business (manufacturing)......2 adults and 2 minor children $1200/mos in 2010/2011

Check in to the requirments needed. Not just anybody can pull up on a location, there are Certification and Insurance required plus you may need landowners permission. Don’t pull up on one of my locations without it! Come on either one of our ranches and you’ll be arrested for trespassing.
