Obama’s Electrification efforts in Africa begin with the vast construction of an electrical grid, continent wide. Dozens of NEW generating plant are constructed, each powered by (gasp) American sourced COAL. Coal that must be transported from the USA to the generating plants of a “modernized” Africa.
Thousands upon thousands of unemployed coal miners are re-called to the mines. Unemployment is a thing of the past. Business in the coal belt booms to rival the activity in the oil lands of the west.
Coal requires a huge fleet of ships to transport it to its destination. A boom in American shipbuilding springs into being. Thousands and thousands are hired to build the coal carrying fleet. Businesses are forced to outbid each other in order to fill their employment needs.
As the CARBON pollution spreads its danger across an electrified AFRICA, in the USA, Obama and the democrats are universally hailed as the Saviors of the US economy. Approval ratings leap to the high 90%s. In the 2016 election season, the Republican Party faces reality and put up no candidates for most state and nation offices.
As pollution numbers climb in Africa, back in the United States, the non-polluting Windfarm Industry regretfully announces that the LAST American Bald Eagle has be converted to kitty-cat food by a whirling turbine blade in a California turbine field.
Nice idea, but do you have any idea how long it takes to build an electrical generating plant or the transportation system to get the coal to the plant?
