Where did that $1.2 BILLION go? 'Obama for America', or 0bama's presidential campaign? Possibly union pension plans? Or maybe a foreign country like China? I don’t think being absolved of criminal activity let’s Corzine off the hook for being sued civilly. The folks that lost money with him can still sue him for their losses and the burden of proof in a civil suit is less than in a criminal proceeding. Just look at OJ. I only hope a bunch of investors do sue him!
