I also want to ban those deadly high-capacity single shot bolt action smooth bore full choke .22 caliber rimfre Tommy guns like Capone's boys used to shoot Mr. Valentine in Chicago last week.
Makes as much sense as banning law abiding people's guns in order to keep criminals who under current federal and state law can't legally possess guns from getting more guns they can't legally possess.
How about passing a law that makes it illegal for a legislator to vote for an unConstitutional gun law that would take away guns from law abiding people while Afro-American and Latino criminals use illegally acquired guns to transform large areas of every US city into virtually uninhabitable war zones?
Can I be prosecuted for using the terms "Afro-American" and "Latino" in a demeaning manner? Probably.
