Do you remember when VP Al Gore launched his initiative to make government more efficient? Gore and Clinton called it the National Performance Review [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Partnership_for_Reinventing_Government] What a joke.
So Obama wants to be more efficient at lining the pockets of campaign contributors? More efficient at buying votes so he can win the House? More efficient at restricting the market economy? More efficient at eroding our personal liberty and Constitutional protections? When Communists say they want to be more efficient, nothing good can come of it.

Partial Government control is Socialism.
Total Government control is Communism.
B. Hussein Obama is a Communist for his Obama’care,’ and his very frequent bypassing of Congress by use of his dictatorial use of Executive Orders.
BTW, if you doubt that Obama does not have total control of you, just try not paying for Federally mandated health insurance, or the fine that will follow.
If they want Efficiency... try going away.
