Why in the world was there any question as to whether the marijuana evidence could be used?
Good.
The wife just told me that some guy was on TV saying that marijuana doesn’t make people violent. I told her that may be true but it does make them stupid.
Ask Mama and Daddy why they started suing everyone before this trial and why they rushed to trademark their son’s name?
But the important point evidence is the Skittles. Forget that he was high on drugs, broke Zimmerman’s nose and tried to smash his head into the pavement of his own neighboorhood, and that there were burglary tools found hidden nearby. You can’t shoot a “kid” with Skittles!
What about his school records?
Them darn DEMONS again
In other words,
when Zimmerman said “this guy’s on drugs” to the dispatcher,
he was CORRECT.
Have the prosecutors decided to charge any of St. Skittles’ family with perjury? HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!
paranoia.
Listened intently to the trial today. Tracy Martin testified today that he called several authorities when he realized trayvon was missing and looking for him. The Juvenile Detention center was the first one he mentioned. I think dad incriminated his own son and opened the door for evidence to come in regarding TM past school suspensions and other issues. Also, why he was visiting his father for a week rather than attending school. A simple question, “why would you even consider your son was in trouble with the law?”
Hmmmmm....marijuana is supposed to make you mellow.
This is undeniable evidence, which the prosecution will no doubt use to make GZ’s “aggression” even more extreme,to have roused TM to his breaking point, such as it was, or might have been.
So is the Judge now a racist?
Crayon is shown on the 7-11 tape asking for a cigar, and being denied by the clerk. One minute and 20 seconds later, three thugs enter the 7-11, and use the same stack of $1 bills Crayon left the 7-11 with to purchase cheap cigars to use as "Blunts."
Crayon's walk home was 5 minutes, but 40 minutes are missing between the time he left the 7-11 and Zimmerman's 9-11 call. He and his fat girlfriend were smoking pot.
How hard is this to contemplate?
A full toxicology report has a number of different drug screens. I’m interested in knowing what other substances besides THC the toxicologist may have identified.
I’m surprized they got that ruling. Is the prosecution turtling (a hockey term)?
