What’s the requirement to be on the DC Council — an IQ of about 75 is about all I can believe based on their actions in response to the way WMT has worked with the community. WMT went way out of the way at every turn to accommodate the desires from the surveys and the DC Council wants to pull the rug from under them. They’ll end up with nothing and blaming WMT — watch and see I’m right on this.
In addition to the IQ standard, it’s also required that you have no morals or ethics so that you can take payola or rob from DC funds set aside for children’s programs.
