FORT HOOD (July 9, 2013)—During a brief final pretrial hearing Tuesday, military judge Col. Tara Osborn ordered Fort Hood gunman Maj. Nidal Hasan to wear his uniform during his court-martial and admonished him for releasing sealed information to the media.
Hasan told the judge Tuesday he took no pride in his uniform, but Osborn said he would be forced, if necessary, to wear it during the court-martial.
Ordinarily a military defendant would appear in full dress uniform, but for medical reasons Hasan is being permitted wear looser-fitting ACUs, short for Army combat uniform.

All his medical care is paid for by the military. Funny he doesn’t hate the military badly enough to refuse medical care. Also he’s still getting his military pay. I haven’t heard of him refusing that. So I think he should wear the uniform and appear clean shaven also. Anything to make him more uncomfortable while we are paying him.
Four years is about 1100 days too long.
Whoevers have been in charge of this mess of 0bama need to be relieved.
This POS is a disgrace to the uniform. I say - skip making him wear it and proceed to his execution.

“I’m being forced to wear this uniform,” he said.
But, but, but Obama promised us this was just a plain ol’ ordinary case of “work place violence”.
The current CiC is a pos and a joke... all of these people involved in the prosecution are following the orders of the muslim president.
