Hmmm.. I guess arming the Syrian terrorists should be stopped.

LOL, like that kind of corruption will EVER stop.

Most nations ignore UN treaties. The only place they are enforced rigorously is in developed Western countries, and even then there are notable exceptions. Consider how few met their commitments to the Kyoto Protocol. This treaty is aimed directly at the Second Amendment. Look for imported ammo to dry up almost immediately.
