It would only give the prosecutor to smash his head, again and again and again....until he breaks down.

I'm gonna pray real hard for George tonight....for God to give him strength.

ask yourself: is there even one piece of convincing evidence that Zimmerman did not act to defend himself from a threat of “imminent death or great bodily harm”?

The judge is on record as thinking so. I'd bet if she was on the jury, she would convict.

I don't believe the jury will convict on murder, but even though the manslaughter bar is high, I fear they may convict on this charge. My hope is there is one or two holdouts.

Trayvon Martin's testimony, could he have spoken, wouldn't changed anything.

As terrible as being lynched is for GZ, I'm glad he removed this criminal from society. The lives and health of the innocents Trayvon would have continued harming are worth far more than the life of one predator. Good riddance. Perhaps GZ will move to northern Idaho or some such place where the feral Amish are less of a threat. You've got to know when to walk away, know when to run, and it's time for GZ to run (while the lawyers fight over his civil suit against those who lynched him and the TM family's civil suit to get rich over that loser's death).

If Msrtin could have testified we wouldn’t be having this trial.

Speaking of people speaking... it is noteworthy that TM’s (TM) voice was NEVER heard by any juror. It is thus left to their imagination that TM’s voice was that of a 12 year old - high pitched and in tune with the 911 yelps for help. This in of itself is a travesty... how such a central piece of evidence, the help screams, would not be able to be compared by jurors by lining up GM and TM (TM) voices....

He’s assuming Martin would have told the truth. Big assumption.

I agree with the premise, but — geez — is it too much to ask for writing skills above those of a 4th grade child?

In a just world, most of the prosecution witnesses would be prosecuted for perjury.
