FR is funded solely by the freedom loving folks who love and use it.
Liberals claim minorities cannot easily obtain photo IDs,
therefore it is discrimination to demand a photo ID for
voting owning a fire arm.

OK, enact a voter license fee and use this judgement as precedent. Bet the judge that OK’d a gun license fee would blow a major artery.

Given the logic in this ruling, a poll tax should be A-OK.

"...the administrative costs of regulating the protected activity," There needn't be any administrative costs to regulate a protected activity...that's what "protective activity" (constitutional right) means you dolts. Sadly, our Constitution has long ago been rendered meaningless.

How is a charge wildly above the actual service cost different in concept from a poll tax? Both exist to restrict access through unaffordability.

As usual, Dem laws and policies hurt the poor the most. The more the Dem’s crap on the poor the stronger their alleigence to the Dem’s. go figure....

Too many long words.

In the NYC metro area most people are just fleeing instead. NY and NJ are scrambling to look for revenue sources, and will never stop; they are in a death spiral and they know it.

And to think in 1838 Frederick Douglass escaped slavery by heading to New York. The entire urban approach to gun control would make the Ku Klux Klan proud.
The Party of Slavery continues its misrule and blacks are the victims. High priced, difficult to get and politically manipulated gun permits. The KKK loved them and implemented them via Jim Crow Justice.
Concealed carry not allowed on public transportaion keeps the poor disarmed and vulnerable. Net, net, net nobody gets off the plantation unless we say so, got it slave?
