That`s why in the closing, Mark O has to say at some point, manslaughter or assault still gets him heavy prison time. I know he is not supposed to say it, but there is a way to slip it in sounding almost unintentional.

The prosecutor will stand up and object, The crooked judge will spank him and tell jury to disregard, but I think it`s worth getting it out there in some fashion

The risk (and a significant one, with this judge) is that the prosecution would ask for, and the judge will grant, a mistrial. This trial has gone very, very well for Zimmerman - the possibility of having to do it all over again is not something he would want to risk.

Ahhh...and then, what about attorney costs??? Zimmerman was already running on empty.

Howabout just something like this.......

“A conviction of Manslaughter is the same as 2nd Degree Murder as far as George Zimmerman is concerned”

Would be met with a objection, but Mark O could say I was just saying that either way he loses his freedom

He can do better than what I said, but something along those lines, they could NOT prove that he broke the order
