Breaking news. Attorney General Kane won't represent the State in the ACLU's challenge to PA's law promoting traditional marriage.

I'm assuming Corbett can override her?

People need to start recalling/whatever they can with these people. And suing. Lots of suing.

People say “But It’s the people that pay!”

Yup. And it’s the people who elected them or elected the people that appointed them.

I’m going to look into recall procedures. I obviously didn’t vote for this woman. It’s a shame they held the AG election the same year as the Presidency since the Obamabots vote a straight party line.

What good will a down-in-the-trenches fight serve now if over time (and not too much time at that) the popular support is going to move decidedly in favor of gay "marriage"?

Anything we do now to defend true marriage will be undone by court fiat, legislative fiat, or popular proposition.

Even states like Texas and Tennessee might go sooner than we think.

And then there's the whole "full faith and credit" clause implications that could make all state actions moot.

Oh well, I guess it's good practice for when we fight to retain our property rights later on.

The hope of these Rats is to demoralize us and have us walk off the field before the game is over. We need to fight on. They’re handing us a golden opportunity. Turn it around on them.

These are constitutional officers who are sworn to uphold the law. Which laws do they get to choose? Are we a nation of laws or men? Justice is supposed to be blind. What other laws might they ignore?

This is the politicization of bias. They don’t get to pick and choose. Let’s talk about the Constitution and why it exists. Tell your neighbors and bring it home to them. Contact http://www.massresistance.org/

Get the facts out there and reclaim our culture. You’re a part of it. Conservatives have to stop quitting. Look at abortion and gun control. Thirty to forty years ago they did the same thing, using the same tactics.

A tactic once understood is no longer a tactic. Let’s roll it back.

That’s why the ALCU decided to act in PA because they knew Kane would not stand in their way.

It was no coincidence.

So this AG is pulling the same trick the CA goverent did when it was time to defend Prop 8... refuse to defend it, then sit back as the courts disqualify whoever DOES mount the defense.

Amazing how many females in the judiciary and legislative branches promote and support the Communist agenda...the Founders were right.

Sounds like you have given up. Don’t let the polls fool you, just look at the most recent vote in North Carolina in 2010. They can’t pass the law on the ballot so they rely on these despicable tactics.

Thus PA goes the way of CA....rule of law established by omission.
Just ignore law voted on by the people and maybe a judge will change it the way you want it...

Kane just showed that we don’t have to obey the law. Next stop - anarchy!

Impeach her.
